Shipping
The delivery is made after payment in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Authorities and public institutions are supplied on account. Our invoices are payable within 14 days from date of invoice strictly net.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties and taxes, which are to be borne by the customer, may be incurred. Information is given by the respective customs authority.
Pickup service
You can also pick your ordered items on our premises in 42781 Haan, Pfalzstr. 4 during our business hours Mon-Fri, 9:00 - 17:00 pick up. Please make an appointment by phone in advance at +49-(0)2129-3466880.
